I have nothing but great things to say about the Streamline Auto team, Dan, Zachary, and Joe. They are true professionals who genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to get you safely back on the road as quickly as possible. I can't recommend them highly enough. In fact, even though I'm from Canada, I would gladly make the trip back for future repairs because of the exceptional service they provided.
Here's our experience:
My wife, our kids (including our infant), and I were on our way to a camping trip when our car suddenly broke down nearby. It happened right on Highway 2 at the Fryelands Blvd intersection with our vehicle fully loaded with camping gear and the whole family inside. Thankfully, two kind strangers stopped to help me push the car safely off the road and into the nearby Shell station.
I searched for the closest repair shop and called Streamline Auto. When I explained our situation, Dan told me they hadn't even officially opened their new location yet and that their vehicle lifts had literally been installed earlier that day. Even so, around 3:00 p.m., he came out to the Shell station to assess the vehicle himself.
Dan spent time troubleshooting the issue and even replaced our completely worn-out spark plugs. Unfortunately, it turned out the fuel pump had failed, so the car wasn't going anywhere. Rather than leaving us to figure things out on our own, he immediately ordered the replacement part, booked us a great nearby hotel for my family, and reassured us he'd have the vehicle ready the next morning.
True to his word, our car was repaired and ready to go by 9:00 a.m. the following day.
I was genuinely blown away by the level of care and compassion Dan and his team showed us. They understood we were a family stranded far from home and treated us like more than just another repair job. They also completed a thorough safety inspection, provided a detailed report with photos of a few other items that would need attention in the future, and explained everything clearly without any pressure.
We were able to continue our camping trip the next day, and honestly, the car ran better than it had in a long time.
What impressed me even more was that they followed up afterward and invited us to stop by on our way home for a final check. We did, and they even gave us a tour of their new shop, which is an amazing facility.
It's rare to find a business that combines technical expertise with this level of honesty, professionalism, and genuine customer care. Thank you, Dan, Zachary, Joe, and everyone at Streamline Auto, for turning what could have been a vacation ending nightmare into such a positive experience.
If you're looking for a repair shop you can truly trust, Streamline Auto is it. We highly recommend them, and we'll absolutely be back to have the remaining maintenance items taken care of.

Oh my gosh, I love this place as much as one can love paying to have a car repaired. Al and Jackie are great. Quality repair and always much less expensive than the dealer. I think they have worked on all my cars over the last several years and never have i felt ripped off.
